A Simple Winter Meal
I was inspired by winter to take on this project. I started with recipes from Medieval England, and then narrowed it down to foods that could have been easily preserved for the season. While the foods I used were fresh (hooray for modern availability!), these could certainly be prepared with properly preserved foods.
